A general purpose Belgian ale yeast, widely-used for Belgian wheats and trappist-style ales. Low sedimentation properties with typical Belgian phenolics. This strain is extremely consistent, with excellent wort attenuation and a superb flavor profile. Optimum temp: 59°-75° F
