We now carry Meussdorffer sour malt – also known as acidulated malt or sauermalz. This malt contains lactic acid and is used to adjust ph in a mash. It’s often used in Berliner Weisse and Gose styles.
The Thirsty Quaker is working on offering CO2 and Nitrogen tank exchanges! We’re not sure how soon we’ll be able to offer these, but we will make sure our prices are competitive. We won’t be able to do tank refills, but swaps are safer and faster.
