Our upcoming Cider-Making class on Sunday, October 5th is the the last class we’ll be hosting this year. There are only a couple of spots still available, so if you’re interested, sign up now!
Starting in January, we plan to do a series of classes at the Hudson County Community College’s Culinary Arts School. Those classes will be in a professional kitchen, and be a blast. Stay tuned!
