The 18th Annual New Jersey State Fair Homebrew Competition is coming up soon, and The Thirsty Quaker is one of the official drop-off points for entries to the contest! Winners will receive medals and prizes, including gift cards to The Thirsty Quaker! This competition is the largest in the state, and is hosted by the SCUBA homebrew club. It is also AHA and BJCP sanctioned, and judging sheets are mailed to contestants, so you’ll get valuable feedback on how to improve your beer – unless you manage to score a 50.
All entries must be registered online, so don’t forget to do that! The winners will be announced at the State Fair at the Sussex County Fairgrounds (you don’t need to be present).
