Grown exclusively in partnership with Montana farmers and malted at the Butte facility, this base malts provide an ideal foundation upon which to build any beer.
A bit darker than regular 2-Row malt, with a fuller and nuttier taste. Lends depth and character to British ales or to American Amber Ales, Porters, and more. 2.3 – 2.9° L
Important note! “Pale Malt” usually refers to any base malt (Pilsner, 2-Row, Maris Otter, etc). “Pale Ale Malt” is one type of “Pale Malt” but is different than typical base malts.
