A 36″ x 36″ sheet of cheesecloth, good for straining things. This is a very fine mesh cheesecloth, so ironically, it’s not so great for making cheese as it will be difficult to strain the curds from the whey. It is better used for making kombucha or other fermentations that require oxygen exposure, as the very fine mesh will prevent even tiny bugs from entering. If you need something for straining curds for cheesemaking, you may prefer a Brew In A Bag w/ Handles or a Brew In A Bag w/o Handles.
