Description
Add directly to the beer during secondary, or make a tincture by soaking with vodka, whiskey, or other spirits. 4 oz is typical for a nice chocolate flavor. Cacao nibs are preferable to cocoa powder as cocoa powder can be difficult to filter out, creating a murky gunk, and can easily become overpowering.
