Corn sugar (dextrose) for priming bottle-conditioned beer or boosting gravity. A common addition to help dry out the finish in highly hopped beers like Imperial IPAs. Does not add noticeable flavor or body when using to carbonate beer. Also known as Dextrose.
Roughly 3.4 ounces of Corn Sugar per gallon will boost ABV by 1%.
