The Ghost Of Uncle Joe’s is a time-honored Jersey City tradition, and if you haven’t seen a bunch of grownups dress up as their favorite rock stars and play their hearts out for charity, all the while surrounded by people in their forever homes, well then, my friend, you simply haven’t LIVED… in town for very long, probably.
